Do you manufacture?
Yes - we manufacture in-line from granule to finished product 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

What are your main products?
We can make almost any size polythene product between 200 and 3100mm wide depending on thickness and material type. Flat bags, gussetted bags, sheets, liners and covers are our most common products and can be supplied tear off on rolls or singles. We also make many types of film on rolls and all products can be printed.

What are your lead times?
Generally 7-10 days for plain and 3-4 weeks for printed products are preferred. We view lead times with a high degree of flexibility and should you have unexpected/urgent demand we can usually react very quickly due to our in-line process. We have produced printed products in 48 hours including generating artwork and printing blocks!

What is your minimum order quantity?
Depends on specification of product but usually minimum 1 tonne (this could be 75,000 small thin bags but only 500 large thick bags).

Do you have any accreditations?
We are accredited to ISO9001:2008 and BRC/IoP Catagory 1 Global Standard - Packaging and Packaging Materials. We are currently planning for ISO14001 Environmental Systems approval.

Do you deliver?
Yes - we can deliver throughout the UK, Ireland and Western Europe. We can also quote ex-works if your preference is to collect.

I want to pack my products in polythene but do not know what specification - can you help?
Yes - this is one our main strengths. We have highly trained and experienced field sales staff who can visit to assess your application. When we understand your requirements we will provide recommendations to suit your needs. We make packaging for a vast number of different uses and it is rare to find one we do not currently supply.

Can you test and specify my existing products?
Yes - we can provide a detailed specification for your current products and would suggest any alternatives which could offer improved performance, lower unit costs and sometimes both!
