Single wound sheeting
This is made either as edge trimmed or edge slit to provide a continuous roll of single layer film. Edge trimmed film provides a more accurate winding profile on the roll edges which is usually a critical requirement for machine applied films.
Centrefolded polythene films are a general purpose material designed to protect items in storage against dust and moisture. The film opens to double the closed width. Polythene sheets can also be used as floor covering for use whilst building and decorating. Centrefolded polythene film is not perforated, allowing extra flexibility.
Layflat tubing, known as polythene tubing, is a continuous length of film that creates custom bags of almost any shape and size. It protects products from dust and dirt during manufacture. For added security, film can be sealed with either a heat sealer or bag ties. Our layflat tubing is wound onto a core and can be customised to almost any length or width. Palagan's layflat tubing is rotated before winding to ensure even winding tension.
Gusseted layflat tubing
Gusseted layflat tubing is similar to continuous layflat tubing with the addition of two gusseted panels. These gusseted panels give the tubing a rectangular profile. This means that it is able to open wider than layflat tubing and therefore able to accommodate larger products.
Multi-folded film is wide width sheeting wound in multi-fold format to enable smaller width rolls for easy handling.
