Field Sales Team
We have external field sales staff with vast product and application knowledge. We often begin our business partnerships by a site visit to your factory. At this stage it is important for us to understand as much as possible about your application and packaging requirements. From this information we can assess if your existing products are optimised, we may well offer alternatives if a commercial benefit is available to you.
Following our visit we will provide a supply proposal with any suggestions we feel may be of interest.

Samples
Our sales team can provide examples of recommended products to demonstrate the performance of our materials. Handmade samples and mock ups can also be provided to proof size, print information or film type. We have full in-house test facilities and can assess the performance of your current products and give comparative data on alternatives we can offer.

Lead Times
Generally 7-10 days for plain products and 3-4 weeks for printed items are preferred. We view this with a high degree of flexibility - should you have unexpected/urgent demand we can often react more quickly to keep your production running.

Quantities
The minimum quantity of product we supply usually equates to 2 full pallets of goods. The actual quantity of product will vary according to the palletisation specification agreed to maximise use of space and transport logistics.

Bespoke Production
Each item we produce is manufactured to your specific order and despatched upon completion. Whilst this creates many thousands of specifications on file, it ensures that your packaging is matched to your application and individual needs.
